You wish to transfer a valuable painting, antiques, collectibles or other personal property to Stuart Country Day School of the Sacred Heart.

It is determined that your gift of personal property has a use related to Stuart's tax-exempt purpose.

You transfer the gift to the school.

Stuart Country Day School of the Sacred Heart may elect to hold the property and display or use it in the furtherance of its mission.
